Terms and conditions

“United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulates that the governing law is the local law.

Visa and Master Card will be accepted for payment. Payment will be in UAE dirhams.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Customers using the website who are Minors/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

This website is owned and operated by Millennium Zone exhibition organizers.

Fees
Fees include all materials necessary for the workshops, lunches, and coffee breaks during workshop days. Workshop fees do not cover transportation or accommodation.

Visas
Participants are responsible for any visas.

Payment
Payment will be made online using a credit card. Spaces are limited. If payment has not been received within the 4 days deadline, spaces will be released to other interested persons. You will receive an email of confirmation once payment is done.

Cancellation
If you are unable to attend the event, you may send a substitute delegate to your place at no additional cost. Please advise us of any substitutions as soon as possible. The participation fee will not be reimbursed upon cancellation if done then less than one month before the workshop date.
Millennium zone exhibition organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from any changes to or cancellation or rescheduling of the workshop. If the workshop is canceled or rescheduled, Millennium Zone exhibition organizers will make every effort to contact every registered delegate. In case of cancellation or rescheduling of a workshop, Millennium Zone exhibition organizers will reimburse the participation fee, keeping 10% as a service charge. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Millennium Zone exhibition organizers reserve the right to cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances.

Notes
All workshops will only be confirmed if there are enough participants. You are advised to make your travel plans on confirmation of the workshop from us.
